Number Fluency In our fluency sessions we will be focussing on Numeration (place value) and Counting. During these sessions our aim is to become fluent in certain mental arithmetic tasks and our understanding of essential concepts. There are two parts to becoming fluent in these tasks. One is to improve our accuracy, whilst the second is to become quicker at the tasks.
